The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is an Institution owned by the Catholic Diocese of Uromi, and it provides an excellent education for future leaders by focusing on developing leadership and management skills. The Institute offers staff in educational institutions, future leaders, and all in leadership positions, such as educators, school administrators, leaders and managers in different organisations, with the golden opportunity to attain quality and effective leadership and management skills through our online and classroom training. The training process occurs in an online environment at different levels and forms, leading to Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), MBA, Masters, and PhD degrees.

MODES OF STUDY

As an Institution, the Institute combines online and classroom training. Though it is an online school, the students are expected to attend three to four residencies before graduation. The Institute would award certificates, diplomas, and Masters degrees whenever possible. Also, the school would operate on a semester basis at all levels.
